The Sanctuary features a seal hospital, outdoor pools, penguin and otter enclosures and a breathtaking aquarium with an underwater display tunnel. Come face to extraordinary face with the newest residents from the Hammerhead shark family. A pair of Bonnethead sharks have joined the tropical sharks in the mighty ocean tank. Hunstanton SEA LIFE Sanctuary is now home to a Chinese Mitten Crab found on the Ouse Wash. Chinese Mitten crabs are an alien species to our British waters, an unusual looking crab, which has furry looking bristles covering its claws earning it the name the ‘Chinese Mitten Crab’.
